Shipping and returns
Shipping
Most orders leave within two business days of being placed, with a tracking number emailed when the carrier collects the parcel. Free shipping in the United States on every order.
Now and then an order takes longer, for example during a carrier backlog, bad weather, or a payment or address check. Our Terms allow up to ten business days for dispatch to cover those cases, and if yours will take longer than that we email you.
Returns
You may return a product within 30 days of it shipping. Email support@allvitalsupplements.com and we will tell you where to send it. Refunds are processed within two business days of the product arriving back with us, and your bank then takes three to ten days to show it.
